Website Building Process

How long does it take to build my website?

Most websites are completed within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the number of pages, features, and how quickly you provide the necessary content.

What do you need from me to get started?

We need your text, photos, business information, and any specific requests you may have. If you don’t have content ready, we can help guide you through the process.

Can we think about the structure and content of the website together?

Yes. We work with you to plan the structure and content of your website.
After learning about your business and goals, we create a website that performs well and fits your needs.
Part of our job is helping you shape the content and customer journey, so we’ll ask questions and gather the materials needed to build a site that attracts visitors and supports your business.

How much of the website creation do you handle?

We take care of everything: layout design, coding, search engine registration, domain acquisition, and hosting setup.
All you need to provide are the photos and text you want on the site.
Even if you have no experience with websites, we guide you step by step so you can launch your site with confidence and without stress.

Can I cancel during the production process?

Yes. If unavoidable circumstances arise, we can handle cancellations even after production has started.
However, if you cancel mid‑production, a fee will be charged based on the work completed up to that point.
Please note that after cancellation, we cannot provide any design files, images, or materials created during the production process.

Can I request changes during the build?

Yes. We encourage feedback during the creation process to ensure the website matches your vision. After launch, you also get one edit per week included.

Payment

How does the payment system work?

You pay a one‑time setup fee of 20,000 yen before we begin building your website. The monthly fee of 10,000 yen starts the month after your website goes online.

Optional options fees

  • Additional page (base plan include 5 pages + a contact form): One time ¥1000 fee per page
  • Booking System: One time ¥5000 fee
  • Multilanguage: One time ¥5000 fee for each additional language

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by bank transfer or PayPay. You can choose whichever method is more convenient for you.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. All costs are clearly listed on our pricing page. Additional fees only apply if you request extra pages or optional features.

Domain Name

Is a domain name included?

Yes. Your first year of domain registration is free. After that, it costs 3500 yen per year.

Can I use my existing domain?

Absolutely. We can connect your current domain to your new website at no extra cost.

Who owns the domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, and you have full control over it at all times.

Multilingual Support

Which languages do you support?

We personally handle English, Japanese, and French. Additional languages can be added using your text or AI‑assisted translation.

Is there an extra cost for multilingual websites?

Yes. Each additional language has a one‑time fee of 5,000 yen.

Will customers receive emails in their selected language?

Yes. Booking confirmations and automated messages are sent in the language the customer used on your website.

Booking System

Is the booking system included?

The booking system is an optional feature with a one‑time fee of 5,000 yen.

Can I set custom opening hours?

We will set regular hours, weekly days off and buffer times for you
You will be able to setup irregular closures easily by yourself.

Do customers receive confirmation emails?

Yes. Both you and the customer receive an automatic confirmation email after each booking.

Can I set up booking for different services?

Our booking system is designed for simple, single‑type services such as lunch or dinner reservations for restaurants.
It cannot manage multiple service types operating at the same time, such as different haircut options in a hair salon.

Can I set availability for different staff members?

No. The system does not support individual staff schedules. It is built for businesses that operate with a single shared availability.

Support & Maintenance

How do I request updates or changes?

You can request updates by email. Your plan includes one edit per week at no extra cost.

Do you offer phone support?

No. To keep communication organized and efficient, we handle all support by email.

Do I need to update anything myself?

No. Our system does not rely on plugins or CMS updates, so you never have to worry about maintenance or technical issues.

Google Analytics

Do you install Google Analytics on my website?

Yes. We install Google Analytics for you during the setup process and make sure everything is tracking correctly.

Do I need a Google account to use Google Analytics?

Yes. Google Analytics requires a Google account. If you don’t have one, we can help you create it or guide you through the process.

What kind of information can I see in Google Analytics?

You can see useful data such as how many people visit your website, which pages they view, where they come from, and what devices they use. This helps you understand your customers and improve your online presence.

Can I see how many people are on my website in real time?

Yes. Google Analytics includes a real‑time view where you can see visitors currently browsing your website.

Do I need to pay extra for Google Analytics?

No. Google Analytics is completely free, and we install it for you at no additional cost.

Can you explain the reports to me if I don’t understand them?

Of course. If you ever need help understanding your analytics, you can email us and we’ll explain the data in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms.

Will Google Analytics slow down my website?

No. The tracking code is lightweight and loads asynchronously, so it does not affect your website’s speed.

Can I remove Google Analytics later if I want to?

Yes. If you prefer not to use analytics, we can remove the tracking code at any time.
